1. Submission Journey: What to Expect

Once you submit your manuscript, your journey through our system is transparent and trackable. Here is our 5-step workflow from submission to indexing:

2. Preparing Your Manuscript

File Requirements

Before you begin the online submission, ensure your manuscript meets these technical standards:

  • File Format: Adobe PDF (.pdf) only.
  • File Size: Must not exceed 5 MB.
  • Layout: Single-column, double-spaced, with line numbers.
  • Anonymization: Remove all author names, affiliations, and acknowledgments from the main manuscript file for blind review.

Article Categories (Scope)

You must select one primary category during submission:

  • Hospitality & Tourism: Travel behavior, hotel management, destination marketing.
  • Technology: AI in tourism, blockchain, big data analytics, IoT applications.
  • Arts: Heritage interpretation, cultural tourism, digital art in public spaces.
  • Social Science & Humanities: Sociology of travel, anthropology, policy studies.
  • Management & Business: Strategic management, revenue models, human resources in tourism.
  • Natural & Health Sciences: Ecotourism, medical tourism, climate impact, public health.
  • Others: Interdisciplinary studies that fall outside the above but relate to the journal's core focus.

3. Step-by-Step Publishing Process

Step 1: Author Registration

All communication is handled through our online system.

  • Navigate to Publish With Us > Author Registration.
  • Fill in your details.
  • Email Confirmation: You will receive a verification link. You cannot submit a manuscript until your email is verified.

Step 2: Manuscript Submission

  • Log in to your Author Dashboard.
  • Select "Start New Submission".
  • Select Category: Choose from the dropdown (e.g., Technology, Hospitality & Tourism, etc.).
  • Upload Manuscript: Attach your anonymized PDF (Max 5MB).
  • Confirm: Tick the compliance boxes regarding plagiarism and ethics.

Step 3: The Review

  • Desk Check: Within 48 hours, the editor confirms if the paper fits the scope and passes the basic similarity check.
  • Peer Review: The manuscript is sent to 2-3 experts. This is a strict double-blind process; authors and reviewers do not know each other's identities.

Step 4: Revision & Resubmission

If revisions are requested, you must submit a Revised Manuscript (clean copy) and a Response to Reviewers (PDF detailing every change).
